Chassis

The chassis contains a towing pin and a parking leg. The chassis is provided with batching machine,conveying system, a mixer and a weighing system for cement, water, and additives. Inspection walkways and railings are provided all around.

 

 

Control room

The fully automatic control room is located at the bottom of the chassis of the main machine. The control system of mobile plant is the same as the stationary concrete batching plant.

The control room is used as the front support point of the whole station in the working state and it is retracted and stored in the supporting space during transportation. All the control circuits do not need to be disassembled.

Aggregate batching and weighing

This system is located at the rear end of the mobile mixing plant. The upper part is the aggregate (sand, stone) storage hopper.
