Mobile Concrete Batch Plant Introduction
Concrete Batch Plant is designed for producing concrete in measured batches rather than through a continuous material flow. Each batch follows a predefined recipe, allowing the quantity of aggregate, cementitious materials, water, and admixtures to be controlled before mixing.
The plant is organized around a series of coordinated operations. Aggregates are stored in separate bins and transferred to weighing hoppers, while cement and other powders are fed from silos. Water and admixtures are metered through dedicated dosing equipment. Once the required quantities have been collected, the materials are transferred to the mixer and processed as one complete batch.
Batch production is useful when different concrete grades or formulations need to be produced during the same working period. Operators can change the recipe between batches without changing the overall plant arrangement.
The system can be configured with different mixer types, aggregate storage capacities, feeding methods, and control systems. For projects requiring intensive forced mixing, a twin shaft mixer can be selected as the central mixing unit.
