The commercial concrete mixer produced by Co-nele, is based on reality, meeting the needs of customers and ensuring their peace of mind. It adopts a dual axis design, with a novel style and scientific layout, and is a new type of concrete mixer.
Our commercial concrete mixer mainly includes the following parts:
1) Mixing device: Consisting of a mixing shaft and mixing blades. The mixing shaft is forged from alloy cast steel and has excellent torsional and bending resistance. The mixing blades are made of high-quality wear-resistant materials, with minimal wear.
2) Transmission device: We adopt two planetary gear reducers for transmission, this design has a compact structure and transmits speed and force to various parts of the mixer, ensuring smooth transmission.
3) Water supply device: Capable of accurately measuring the amount of water used to ensure the quality of mixed materials.
4) Unloading device: Double selection of hydraulic and pneumatic unloading, and equipped with a manual door opening device. In emergency situations, the unloading door can be opened by pressing the manual unloading handle.
