CO-NELE Continuous Fly Ash Blender is a purpose-built machine for the stabilization/solidification of fly ash in environmental engineering. It continuously and uniformly blends municipal waste-incineration fly ash and industrial hazardous fly ash with cement, lime, chelating agents, and other solidifying binders. With continuous feeding and discharging, fly ash, reagents, and water are accurately metered at the set ratio, then continuously sheared and dispersed in the mixing chamber and discharged without interruption with stable homogeneity. Key sections are enclosed to suppress fine-powder dust, and the machine runs stably under long-term full load, supporting 24/7 continuous operation.
