CONELE Twin-Shaft Horizontal Mixer (also called Double-Shaft Paddle Mixer or Twin-Shaft Horizontal Blender) is a horizontal forced-action mixer with two parallel horizontal shafts. Paddles forcibly shear and throw material for rapid homogenization, suited to ready-mix mortar, dry powders, refractory batches and metallurgical additives. Synchronized counter-rotation builds a continuous convective loop with high fill rate and short cycle, serving as the core host of large-scale lines. Available in multiple volumes, it links with dosing, feeding and packing stages to form a complete mixing line.
