Corrosion Prevention and Sealing

Material Selection

Mixing Blades: Tungsten carbide coating or duplex steel 2205 (resistant to chloride - ion corrosion).

Inner Lining of the Cylinder: 2mm - thick PP board or rubber lining.

Sealing Solutions

Mechanical seal + nitrogen protection (to prevent the leakage of fly ash).

An air curtain for dust removal is set at the shaft end (to block fine particles from entering the bearing).

Optimization of Mixing Efficiency

Segmented Mixing

First Stage: Dry mixing (fly ash + cement/chelating agent) → Second Stage: Wet mixing (spraying water or liquid medicine).

Anti - sticking Design

Polyurethane scrapers are installed on the cylinder wall to automatically clean the adhered materials.

Exhaust Gas Treatment

Fly Ash Solidification Process Flow

 

Pretreatment

Fly ash screening (removing large - sized impurities) → moisture content adjustment (controlled at 15% - 20%).

Mixing Stage

Dry Mixing: Fly ash + cement (the proportion is usually 10% - 20%) → stir for 1 - 2 minutes.

Wet Mixing: Spray chelating agent (such as TMT - 15) solution → continue to stir for 3 - 5 minutes.

Curing and Testing

Molding and curing for 28 days → conduct the TCLP toxicity leaching test.
