Types of suitable mixers

Twin - shaft Mixer

Advantages

Phosphogypsum modification (for preparing building materials, cement retarders).

Double - spiral - ribbon Mixer

Advantages

With low - speed and high - torque characteristics, it is suitable for highly humid and viscous materials.

The spiral - ribbon structure promotes axial and radial mixing.

Improvements

Install a wall - scraping device to prevent adhesion.

Enlarge the discharge port (due to the poor fluidity of phosphogypsum).

Application Process

Pretreatment

Screening is carried out to remove large - sized particulate impurities (such as phosphate slag).

Mixing Stage

For Building Material Preparation: Mix with additives like cement and lime.

For Resource Utilization: React with reducing agents (such as ammonium carbonate).

Post - treatment:After mixing, convey the materials to an aging silo or a filter press.
