Clean the discharge door and surrounding debris
Concrete lumps, debris, etc. around the discharge door may impede its normal opening and closing. At this time, stop the machine and cut off the power supply, then carefully remove the concrete lumps and debris between the discharge door and the door frame, as well as on the track using tools to ensure there are no obstacles around the door.
Check the connecting parts of the discharge door:
Check whether the hinges, bolts and other connecting parts of the discharge door are loose, damaged or fallen off. If so, tighten the loose bolts in a timely manner and replace the damaged connecting parts to ensure that the connection between the discharge door and the mixer body is firm and the door can be opened and closed smoothly.
Lubricate the moving parts of the discharge door:
Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease to the moving parts of the discharge door, such as the track and bearings, to reduce friction and enable the discharge door to move flexibly. When lubricating, pay attention to applying the lubricating oil evenly to avoid missing important parts.
Adjust the position and angle of the discharge door: If the discharge door is deformed or inaccurately installed, it may cause jamming. At this time, measuring tools such as a spirit level and caliper are needed to check whether the position and angle of the discharge door are correct and make corresponding adjustments. Ensure that the discharge door is aligned with the discharge port and can fit tightly when closed to prevent material leakage.
Check the control system and drive device
If the above methods cannot solve the problem, there may be a fault in the control system or drive device. Check whether the wiring of the electrical control system is well - connected, and whether there are problems such as short - circuits or open - circuits. At the same time, check whether the drive devices such as the drive motor, cylinder or hydraulic cylinder are working properly.
