Pre-Start Check
Inspect blades, liners, and fasteners for wear or looseness.
Lubricate moving parts and verify correct motor rotation.
Run empty for 10–20 seconds to confirm no jamming.
Loading Phase
Start the mixer first, then load materials at low speed.
Follow the layered sequence to avoid bridging and uneven resistance.
Keep load ≤80% of rated volume (critical for dry mortar).
Mixing Phase
Adjust speed via VFD based on material viscosity (lower for cohesive mixes).
Monitor amperage, bearing temp, and noise continuously.
Stop immediately if current exceeds 1.2× rated or abnormal sounds occur.
Post-Use Care
Clean blades/liner to remove adhesive material (prevents drag in next batch).
Check vent filters and clean/clog as needed.
Log operating data (load, time, current) for predictive maintenance.
