Concrete mixer operation specifications and maintenance methods are essential to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend its service life.
The following are some key operation specifications and maintenance methods:
Inspection before operation:
1. Check whether the power supply voltage is stable and ensure that it is within the specified range.
2. Check whether there are foreign objects in the mixer. It is after maintenance the day before.
3. Check whether the gap between the mixing bin lining is normal.
4. Check whether the screws and nuts of the mixing blades and mixing linings are tight.
5. Check the V-belt of the mixing shaft drive motor and the oil level and oil quality of the lubricating oil.
6. Check whether the gap between the concrete discharge gate sealing lining is normal.
7. Check the working status of the air compressor to ensure that the air pressure is within the specified value.
8. Check whether the water supply system has sufficient water and whether the water pump and additive pump work reliably.
Daily maintenance: Clean the mixer, clean up the remaining mixture in time, and clean the mixing shaft, mixing arm and mixing knife. Lubrication: The reducer needs to replace the lubricating oil every 50 hours or so, and the lubricating oil should be replaced every 1000 hours or at least half a year. The oil pump needs to check every day whether the lubricating oil reaches the shaft head.
Gap adjustment: When the gap is detected to be greater than 8mm, the gap should be adjusted to 3mm by adjusting the blade or replacing the wearing parts.
Regular maintenance: Level 1 maintenance: 5,000 cubic meters, four hours of downtime, focusing on lubrication and firmness. Level 2 maintenance: 10,000 cubic meters, eight hours of downtime, focusing on firmness adjustment.
Overhaul: 100,000 cubic meters, one week of downtime, with the purpose of restoring the original performance of the machinery
Other precautions: Operators should regularly check and test the concrete mixing equipment, and lubricate the reducer, motor bearings and other parts. The electrical components and control system of the concrete mixing plant should be turned on half an hour before work, and lubricating important structures such as bearings should be added regularly. After stopping work, clean the accumulated material on the inner and outer material doors of the mixer and rinse it clean. Lubricate each lubrication point, especially the shaft end seal. In winter, the liquid in the water system should be drained to prevent freezing. By following these operating specifications and maintenance methods, you can ensure that the performance and life of the concrete mixer are maximized.
