Mixer pumps have been very popular in rural and urban areas in recent years because they integrate mixing capacity and pumping functions, greatly improving the efficiency of concrete discharge and saving a lot of manpower. When the mixer pump is used for 50 hours or when the concrete is poured in 1500 to 2500 cubic meters under normal circumstances, the first maintenance is required during this period to ensure the normal operation of the mixer pump, not to lose its service life, and not to delay construction. The first maintenance is very important.
There are many parts of the mixer pump to be checked for the first maintenance, mainly including: chassis, lower hopper, main cylinder, Rexroth hydraulic pump, S pipe
1. Check the hydraulic oil level and oil quality of the mixer pump. Check the oil quality. It should be light yellow and transparent without emulsification or turbidity, otherwise it should be replaced.
2. Fill the mixer pump with grease and the water tank with clean water.
3. Check the concrete piston of the mixer pump. It should be well sealed and no mortar should penetrate into the water tank.
4. Check the gap between the cutting ring and the spectacle plate of the mixing pump. The maximum gap is generally 2mm.
5. Check the working condition of the lubrication system of the mixing pump. You should see the indicator rod of the progressive oil distributor moving back and forth. Is there any lubricating oil overflowing from the lubrication points such as the S-tube swing arm bearing position and the mixing bearing position? 6. Check whether the functions of the electrical components of the mixing pump are normal.
7. Check the reversing condition of the mixing pump distribution valve and whether the forward and reverse rotation of the mixing device is normal.
8. Check the outside of the mixing pump cooler. If there is any dirt, clean it immediately, otherwise it is easy to cause the oil temperature to overheat.
9. Check the wear of the concrete pipe of the mixing pump by knocking, and check whether the joints of each pipe are well sealed.
10. Check whether there is oil leakage or oil seepage in the hydraulic system of the mixing pump.
11. Check all screw connections of the mixing pump to ensure that the connection is firm.
12. Check whether the connecting bolts of the middle connecting rod in the water tank of the mixing pump are firm.
13. Check the vacuum gauge indication and filter element of the mixing pump.
