The maintenance of the concrete mixing plant is directly related to the life and production quality of the mixing plant. The mixing plant is composed of concrete mixer, concrete mixer, screw conveyor, cement warehouse and other components. To maintain it, each component must be repaired.
- 1 - Maintenance of concrete mixer:
1.1 Washing After the mixer runs for 1 cycle, remove the residue of the mixture, clean the mixing shaft, mixing arm, and mixing blade. When cleaning manually, it is forbidden to use a hammer to remove the residue of the mixture. Severe impact will cause the mixing blade to break.
1.2 Lubrication of the reducer Replace the lubricating oil after the first 50 hours of use, and then replace the reducer lubricating oil every 1000 hours or half a year. The oil pump should check every day whether the lubricating oil has reached the shaft head.
1.3 Gap adjustment When the gap is more than 8mm, please adjust the gap to 3mm by adjusting the blade or replacing the wearing parts. Concrete mixer is the main component of the concrete mixing plant, so the maintenance of the concrete mixer must be taken seriously!
- 2 - Maintenance of belt conveyor: Check whether the belt is opened correctly every day. If it is found to be deviated, it should be adjusted immediately to avoid skin damage. Check the effect of the belt cleaner, adjust or replace the roller of the cleaner immediately, check whether there is glue on the roller, if there is glue, please remove it immediately to see if there is any damage on the belt surface, if there is any sign of damage, please repair it immediately to avoid the spread of damage.
- 3 - Maintenance of concrete blocks:
3.1 Clean up garbage
3.2 The gap of the feed door should be adjusted immediately after the gap is found to be large during the inspection. After moving to the limit position, if adjustment is required, the gap can be adjusted by welding repair method.
- 4 - Maintenance of screw conveyor: Check whether foreign matter and water enter the rotation direction of the conveyor belt (counterclockwise from the entrance). Otherwise, reverse the polarity of the motor.
- 5 - Maintenance of cement warehouse: As soon as the pressure safety valve of the warehouse emits dust, the safety valve and the surrounding powder should be cleaned immediately to prevent the powder from solidifying due to rain and prevent the safety valve from malfunctioning. Perform a comprehensive cleaning and inspection of the safety valve every six months. Only by maintaining each component can the overall maintenance quality of the concrete mixing station be guaranteed. The maintenance of the machine is a must and cannot be done casually.
